SPR# YNII75XALK - There are big differences on logout code path between basic notes and standard notes.
In basic Notes, there is a MAC specific feature to lock Notes when user locks the keychain. In standard
Notes, there is no logout window as basic Notes, this feature cause a bunch of keychain inconsistency. So disable this feature in standard Notes.
